1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PilotGuyPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Program Name & Description

PilotGuyPro is a web-based platform that facilitates FAA checkride scheduling, document management, and communication between flight schools, instructors, students, and Designated Pilot Examiners in Central Florida. We are not an FAA-affiliated entity, flight school, or testing center.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is associated with a single role (student, instructor, manager, DPE, or admin).

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications during registration, you consent to receive transactional text messages from PilotGuyPro at the mobile number you provide.

Additional SMS terms:

• Messages are transactional only — no marketing or promotional content.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using PilotGuyPro or purchasing any service.

5. Payments & Fees

Certain actions on PilotGuyPro, such as submitting a checkride request, require payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By saving a payment method and submitting a checkride request, you authorize PilotGuyPro to charge the applicable fee (currently $75.00 per checkride request).

Cancellation refund policy: If you cancel a checkride request before it reaches "exam-ready" status, you will receive a 70% refund ($52.50). No refund is issued for cancellations after the exam-ready stage.

6. Document Uploads

You are responsible for ensuring that documents you upload are accurate and belong to you. PilotGuyPro uses automated OCR scanning to validate FAA documents but does not guarantee the accuracy of scanning results. Final document verification is the responsibility of the relevant flight school personnel and DPE.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, falsified, or misleading documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to FAA checkride scheduling and flight training coordination.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

PilotGuyPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for FAA scheduling outcomes, checkride results, document accuracy, or any decisions made by flight schools or DPEs using the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of PilotGuyPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
